Mayonnaise is the unsung hero, the hidden ingredient in all of the delicious things you’ve been putting in your mouth for years. The garlic aioli you dipped those fries into…and then promptly spilled on your favorite jeans; the deviled eggs you ordered with your overpriced cocktail to impress your date; heck, even those brownies at book club (yes, mayo was the mystery ingredient and yes, you ate three).
It’s time for mayo to come out from under the Wonder Bread and strut its stuff. Free the mayo, we say. And to show you just how serious we are about this magical condiment — so serious, in fact that we carry a 2 x 48 pack of Hellmann’s — we’re sharing three ideas that will help you rethink mayo. Just in time for spring, these finger food recipes are so delicious, you may want to add some extra Prince & Spring napkins to your next order (don’t say we didn’t warn you).
Go on. Make mayo’s day.
3-Ingredient Crab Dip
We all know the best recipes come from grandma…. Or in this case, This Grandma Is Fun!.
Want to go for the ‘wow’ factor but short on time? With Hellmann’s Mayonnaise, Mrs. Dash, and crab meat (you could also try cooked shrimp), you can be dipping your taste buds (and Stacy’s Organic Simply Naked Pita Chips) into the best crab dip your side of the Mississippi in no time.

Puttin on the Ritz Sandwiches
We love this recipe for Chicken Salad Ritzwiches from Grace and Good Eats. Take our Ritz Crackers and fill ‘em with Hellmann’s Mayonnaise, Swanson’s White Chicken Breast, and Frank’s Red Hot mixed with red onion, hard boiled egg, and green onion — and voila, finger sandwiches are served. We like them best with a spot of tea because we’re classy like that.

Oh-No-They-Didn’t Mayo Brownies
We know not everyone thinks ‘mayonnaise’ when they think ‘delicious brownie recipes.’ But how do you think brownies get so moist and delicious, eh?
We can’t get enough of these Mayonnaise Brownies from Fuss Free Flavours. We added Hellmann’s Mayonnaise, Bob’s Red Mill Organic Flour, Argo Baking Powder, Domino Pure Cane Sugar, McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract, The Nutbox Natural Walnuts, and Nestlé Toll House Chocolate Morsels to our Boxed order and picked up some eggs and cocoa powder to make these crowd-pleasers. You can hardly blame us for uninviting the crowd and pleasing ourselves with all this brownie goodness.

There you have it; mayo three ways. One for lunch, one for snack, and one for sweet. And because we love mayo SO much, this week only, take an extra 10% off all Hellmann’s products. Happy snacking.
